Influential Women in Manufacturing is excited to announce the panel lineup for the 2019 IWIM awards luncheon, taking place at digital manufacturing institute MxD in Chicago on Friday, Oct. 4.
The awards luncheon, which coincides with Manufacturing Day 2019, will feature a discussion with three women who are moving the needle for women in manufacturing roles in the U.S.
Sharing their stories and perspectives on critical factors for advancing women in manufacturing and fostering diverse, inclusive workplaces that support the kind of innovation needed to continue to propel the industry forward will be:

- Kate Rome, president, Rome Grinding Solutions
- Nicole Wiggins, corporate diversity and inclusion leader, Navistar
Brown and Rome also are 2019 Influential Women in Manufacturing honorees; all honorees will receive their 2019 IWIM awards at the event.
