Influential Women in Manufacturing Brings Home a Win at 2019 Media Conference

What started out as an idea a year and a half ago blossomed into a win for the co-founders of Influential Women in Manufacturing.

On June 4, 2019, at the Specialized Information Publishers Association annual conference in Washington, DC, the IWIM program earned a silver at the 2019 SIPAwards.

This was Putman’s first year entering the SIPAwards. The IWIM program was honored and recognized under the Best Product Launch category.

Since 1978, the SIPAwards have recognized excellence in marketing, editorial and product success in the specialized information industry. Winning a SIPAward helps enhance your reputation and build credibility, respect and admiration for individuals, teams and organizations.

SIPA’s Annual Conference is Specialized Information Publishers Association (SIPA), which helps members increase profitability through a culture of learning and information exchange among peers. Putman and IWIM’s own Erin Hallstrom spoke at the conference as well.
